A horde of barbarians roams in search of a city to pillage. Protect your city and ensure that these barbarians find your rival's city instead of yours! All means are fair to outsmart them.
Discover Catalauni, a real-time strategy game that transports you to the 4th century. Gaul, once peaceful under Roman rule, is now threatened by barbarians from the distant steppes.
As the leader of a Roman city, it is your duty to defend your territory against this horde, represented by the formidable OLEM. Each player takes the reins of their city and must act quickly and strategically to divert the barbarians from their own city and lead them towards enemy cities.
But beware, it’s not about exterminating the invaders; your goal is only to redirect them to other targets. To achieve this, you will need to build fortifications and strategically use your resources to influence the movement of the horde.
The challenge is constant: the barbarian horde is in constant motion, and each player has only 4 seconds to devise their strategy before passing the baton. Only a sharp strategist can quickly decipher the unique behavior of each horde and adjust their tactics accordingly.
