It's time to break out of this damn prison. Prepare your escape by communicating with your fellow inmates only verbally to allow the leader to guide your group to the exit. Beware, the guards are hot on your heels, and time is running out!
As a child, you dreamed of becoming a justice representative, superhero, police officer, or lawyer. But life had other plans. Instead, you found yourself wrongfully accused.
Now, after several years in prison, you are planning your escape—the only solution in the face of injustice. You have found accomplices. Are they trustworthy? Probably not... But they are the best you have. Together, you hold all the keys to successfully escape: a tunnel to the exit, the prison plans, access information… It's time to take action.
It's time to get out: choose your role, familiarize yourself with the information at your disposal, and off you go. Communicate with your fellow inmates using only your voice to allow the leader (OLEM) to guide the group to the exit. But be careful, the guards are on your heels, and your time is limited!
On s'tire is a cooperative race-against-the-clock game. Once you pass the first levels, you will discover new challenges: doors to unlock, levels on the hexagonal board, and we are preparing plenty of other surprises.
OLEM Square grid board Hexagonal grid board One smartphone per player to obtain individual information
Role Distribution:
- The leader controls OLEM to guide the group to the exit and escape.
- The fellow inmates communicate with each other and with the leader to guide him without hitting the walls and within a limited time to escape.
Preparation:
- The leader places OLEM on the starting cell and indicates to the other players aloud, without showing the board, the exit marked by a hole on the app. He uses arrows to control OLEM and direct it towards the exit.
- The other players receive individual cards indicating the walls to avoid. Each player has two red crosses on their card as markers, and by communicating only verbally with the group, they can identify if they are holding their card the right way. Once all members agree, they can provide coherent information to the leader.
Game Flow:
- The fellow inmates communicate only verbally without showing anything on the board.
- Communication and orientation must be quick, with 30 seconds to make a move, or risk being caught by the guards and having to start over.
- If OLEM hits a wall, you will return to the starting square.
- Some levels include switches and doors. The switches open the doors for a limited time, requiring precise communication.
